All items shipped will be charged on an individual basis, based on weight and size per Canada Post. Purchasers will be contacted upon completion to arrange pick up/delivery/post. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. The Auctioneer will announce which items have a reserve prior to the start of bidding. RESERVES: Some items will be sold with a reserve. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges possible. We accept e-transfers if sent immediately after the sale closes. TERMS OF PAYMENT: All items purchased by bidders will be charged to their Visa or Mastercard at the conclusion of the auction. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion.
All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. Shipping fee will be add once the Canada Post damage is calculated. The 5% convenience fee is the iCollector charge for on-line bidding.
